Truffles are easy to make
If you are unsure what to buy when you browse this site, do what I did: order the sample packs! So much fun to have a delightful selection of the most popular chocolates to enjoy. The first time I ordered these sample packs was specifically for a chocolate appreciation course and needless to say, that course was extremely popular.

I am quite proud of this recipe. It was created for a five-star hotel restaurant dessert menu, and ended up to be quite a popular treat. Even after Valentine’s Day had come and gone, the hotel featured it on their room service menu all year around.
