Pouring the heavy cream into the top of the almost baked Apple Cream Pie | urbnspice.com

When the pie is almost baked, it is removed from the oven and heavy cream is poured into the top of the crust through the hole and baked for 10 minutes further so that the cream is absorbed into the apple layers
